    After weeks of teasers, OnePlus has officially launched the Ace 6T in China. It happens to be the first phone to be powered by the recently announced Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset. It is currently available for order in China and is expected to debut globally as the OnePlus 15R.

    The OnePlus Ace 6T comes with a 6.83-inch AMOLED display that offers up to 165Hz refresh rate, 1,800nits in high brightness mode, and 1.5K resolution. The panel supports DC dimming, Dolby Vision, HDR10+, and is protected by Oppo Crystal Shield Glass.

    It is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 SoC, which is paired with a self-developed G2 network chip and a display chip. The phone can be configured with up to 1TB of UFS 4.1 storage and 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM.

    The Ace 6T features a vapor chamber that offers improved heat dissipation when compared to the older model. OnePlus claims that the phone offers 165FPS support in several games and 144FPS native support in Honor of Kings.

    At the back, the OnePlus Ace 6T gets a dual camera setup with a 50MP Sony IMX906 main sensor with OIS and an 8MP ultrawide unit. For selfies and video calls, the phone offers a 16MP camera.

    OnePlus has provided a large 8,300mAh battery on the Ace 6T. The phone supports 100W wired fast charging as well.

    Other specs of the phone include an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, IP66/68/69/69K rating, stereo speakers, an infrared sensor, Bluetooth 6.0, USB-C 2.0 port, and Wi-Fi 7. The phone runs Android 16-based ColorOS 16.

    The phone is available in Phantom Green, Electric Purple, and Flash Black color options. There’s also a Genshin Impact Kamisato Ayaka Limited edition that comes in a Snowy Blue color and a collectable box with several accessories.







    Pricing starts at CNY 2,599 ($365) for the 12GB/256GB option, with the 16GB/256GB and 12GB/512GB variants priced at CNY 2,899 ($410) and CNY 3,099 ($440), respectively. The 16GB/512GB model carries a price tag of CNY 3,399 ($480), whereas the 16GB/1TB option is sold at CNY 3,899 ($550). The Genshin Impact Kamisato Ayaka Limited edition comes in a 16GB/512GB option and is priced at CNY 3,699 ($525).
