The Poco X8 Pro and Poco X8 Pro Max are definitely both coming soon, since we’ve already seen them getting certified by various authorities across the globe.

Today, the Poco X8 Pro has been spotted in the Geekbench online database, because a prototype has run the benchmark. As you can see from the screenshot below, it managed a single-core score of 1,708 and a multi-core score of 6,297.

It’s powered by the recently unveiled MediaTek Dimensity 8500 SoC, the benchmark listing confirms. In the prototype that ran the benchmark, this was paired with 12GB of RAM, but of course Poco could offer more memory options upon launch.

The phone will unsurprisingly run Android 16 from day one, undoubtedly with Xiaomi’s HyperOS 3 on top. According to a previous leak, the Poco X8 Pro will have a 6,500 mAh battery. Past rumors have hinted at the device being a rebranded Redmi Turbo 5 for international markets.

If that pans out, then expect the Poco X8 Pro to come with a 6.59-inch 1268×2756 AMOLED screen with 120Hz refresh rate, 3,840Hz PWM, and 3,500-nit peak brightness, 256/512GB of storage, a 50MP main camera with OIS, an 8MP ultrawide, and a 20MP selfie camera.
