    Redmi has finally set a launch date for its upcoming Turbo 5 series smartphones in China. The company also showcased the Turbo 5 Max in an orange color option and revealed some design details.

    In a Weibo post, Redmi confirmed that the Turbo 5 and Turbo 5 Max will debut in China on January 29. Alongside, the brand will also unveil the Buds 8 Pro and the Pad 2 Pro Harry Potter Edition.

    The company also revealed that the Turbo 5 series will offer a CNC metal frame, rounded corners, fiberglass rear panel, and dual LED flash.

    The Turbo 5 Max will be sold in Ocean Breeze Blue and Sunrise Orange color options. It will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500s chipset and pack a 9,000mAh battery with 100W wired charging support.
