The Oppo Find X9 Ultra is rumored to launch later this month and it will be the first Find X-series Ultra phone to go global. Tipster Digital Chat Station has now shared some more specs about the device’s cameras as well as a new bit of info concerning the “Master Kit version”.
This will apparently be the Find X9 Ultra top-tier version, equipped with 16GB RAM and 1TB storage. It will also feature an exclusive design and a teleconverter kit, which has already leaked.

According to the post, the Find X9 Ultra is said to feature a quad camera setup headlined by a 200MP main camera with a 1/1.12″ type sensor. Previous rumors suggest it will feature Sony’s Lytia 901, which was announced back in late 2025.
The main shooter will be joined by a 200MP periscope telephoto camera rumored to be equipped with OmniVision’s 1/1.28″ type OV52A sensor. The new leak also confirms the previously rumored 50MP 10x telephoto and 50MP ultrawide with both expected to use Samsung’s 1/2.76″ type JN5 sensor. We also get word of a 6.82-inch display with 2K resolution and a 50MP selfie cam.
