SpaceX will have FIVE Giant AI data centers completed by the end of 2026. The LEAD. SHOCKING NEWS. They are serial producing 450 MW AI data centers taking 4 months to build from start to finish with chips installed. They will work at four at time to complete one a month. This is the pace to be kept in 2027 and they will switch to Rubin chips. Utter domination shocking speed and even more money by the end of December.
Two months ago in July I indicated that I thought SpaceX would be able to have 2.5 Gigawatts of power installed for its AI data centers. SpaceX will have the power installed and will have Colossus 2, macrohardr operational next week and minihard in November and the fourth unnamed building and all of the chips by December. The 230,000 chips at Colossus 1 rent for about $7 billion per year. The better 1,2 million chips at Colossus 2, macroharder, minihard and the fourth unnamed building will be 1.21 million mostly B300 chips.

SpaceX will likely have another $11-25 billion of ARR rental by the end of the year. SpaceX will be add either their own direct AI monetization or leasing at the rate of $25 billion per month through 2027. $130-140billion ARR at the end of 2026 and $500 billion at the end of 2027 at the Q4 pace of addition. They could even speed up again.
In early September 2026 Southaven, Mississippi approved a fifth data center. It is a 660,000 sq ft facility on the former 51-acre city police/fire training site on Tulane Road (near 8425 Tulane Road), adjacent to SpaceXAI’s power plant on Stanton Road. No Musk-style nickname has been publicly attached to it yet. Elon Musk is saying the new building power and other systems and chips will be completed in four months before there is even a name for it.

This would put SpaceX on pace with my bull case that I created at the start of this month. If they are lucky they are one month ahead with about 3 Gigawatts of energy with all of the chips installed. Continuing at 220k 450MW every month is almost another 6 Gigawatts of installed power by the end of 2027 and reaching 9 Gigawatts.

It will have taken 5 months to build and install 220,000 B300 chips for 450 megawatts into Minihard. This one location can be rented for $25 billion per year. The last three months of this year they are activating 500 megawatts of chips every month. The 10% reduction to about 450 megawatt is because of efficiency for a more densely built data center.
Colossus 1 is 150k H100, 50k H200 and 30k GB200.
Colossus 2 is 110k GB200 and 440k GB300.
Another 220k GB300 will be fully operational next week and another 220k in November. If we get lucky, yet another 220k GB300 by late December.
