Another week over, so let’s do a recap. We unboxed the Oppo Find X10 and Find X10 Pro Max – Oppo’s latest Dimensity-equipped flagships. Both are still China-exclusive, but are going global on October 21.

We also handled the freshly announced vivo V80. Our impressions span a few days with the phone, and we’ve added both performance tests and camera samples.

Back to regular programming for a sec, vivo quietly unveiled the Y32 in Bangladesh. It packs a massive 8,000mAh battery with 44W charging. The rest of the specs are as follows: a 6.87-inch 120Hz LCD, a Unisoc T7300 chipset, a 50MP main camera, and up to 6GB of RAM with 128GB of expandable storage. It also offers IP68/IP69 protection and runs Android 16 with OriginOS 6. Pricing and wider availability haven’t been announced.

The phones are coming to the global stage in two weeks.

We used the V80 for a few days, and here’s how it performed.

It’s powered by a Unisoc chipset.

Oppo also took to the unveiling floor with the F35 and F35 Pro. Both are bound for India; both have massive 8,000mAh batteries with 80W charging, 50MP autofocus selfie cameras, and IP69 protection. The F35 packs a 6.57-inch 120Hz OLED and Dimensity 6360 MAX chipset, while the Pro upgrades to a 6.78-inch 144Hz OLED, Dimensity 7360 MAX, and a 50MP main camera with OIS and an 8MP ultrawide. Prices start at INR 39,000 ($440) for the F35 and INR 46,000 ($520) for the Pro, with sales beginning October 11.

Moving on to Samsung. According to Ice Universe, the Galaxy S27 Ultra will be available in Black, Blue, Light Pink, and White. He added there will also be a special Violet shade.

Amazon changed direction with its new Alexa Tablets, essentially replacing the Fire tablets. The Alexa Tablet 12 Pro, Alexa Tablet 11, and Alexa Tablet 8 all feature the Google Play Store and have access to Alexa+ AI. The three models (including a Nanomatte glass option for the Alexa 12 Pro) are on sale in the US and UK, and will start shipping from October 14 and 19, respectively.

The Pro also gets a larger display, an ultra-wide camera and a faster chipset that enables 4K video recording. The F35 gets a new selfie camera and a larger battery.

It is rumored to pack a 5,700mAh battery.

Google Pixel 12 series screen resolutions are out and they paint an interesting picture

We’re still probably around ten months away from these phones launching, so there’s plenty of time for more details to surface.

Amazon's new Alexa Tablets use the Google Play Store and are more capable than Fire tablets

The Alexa Tablet 12 Pro has an optional glare-resistant glass, up to 16GB of RAM and a USB-C port with DisplayPort support.

We worked pretty hard to bring you some of the most highly anticipated versus pairings of the year – the iPhone 18 Pro Max vs the Galaxy S26 Ultra and the iPhone 17 Pro Max, as well as the GalaxyS26FE versus its predecessor, the Galaxy S25 FE. Check them out!
