Motorola announced the Moto G (2026) and Moto G Play (2026) last month, and today it’s following them up with the Moto G Power (2026).

The phone comes with a 6.8-inch LCD screen with FHD+ resolution, 1,000-nit peak brightness, 120Hz refresh rate, and Gorilla Glass 7i on top. It has stereo speakers and both IP68 and IP69 ratings for water and dust resistance. Motorola says it’s been tested in 14 MIL-STD-810H categories, confirming its ability to withstand drops, temperature extremes, and humidity.

The Moto G Power (2026) has the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC at the helm, paired with 8GB of RAM. On the rear there’s a 50MP main camera and an 8MP ultrawide, and a “macro vision lens”, while for selfies you get a 32MP snapper on the front.

Keeping the lights on is a 5,200 mAh battery with support for 30W wired charging. Motorola promises the battery will retain over 80% of its initial charge after 1,000 charging cycles. The phone runs Android 16 out of the box.

It will be available in Pantone Pure Cashmere and Pantone Evening Blue in the US at Verizon, Best Buy, Amazon, and Motorola’s online store on January 8 for $299.99. After that it will make its way to Cricket, Tracfone, Visible, Total Wireless, Straight Talk, Simple Mobile, and AT&T “in the coming months”. In Canada it will be sold by Motorola only from January 8 for CAD 449.99.
