A yet-to-be-announced Samsung Galaxy M-series phone emerged in a Geekbench listing, and it brings a surprising chipset choice. The Samsung Galaxy SM-M676K, which is speculated to be the Galaxy M67, is seen rocking the Exynos 2200. That’s the same Samsung flagship SoC from 2022, which we saw on the Galaxy S22 series and Galaxy S23 FE later on.

As a reminder, this is a 4nm chip featuring a 1+3+4 CPU setup with a max frequency clock of 2.8GHz. It also brought an Xclipse GPU (based on AMD RDNA2 architecture) and was the first mobile GPU with hardware acceleration for ray tracing.

Galaxy M67 scored 1,589 points on the single-core test and 3,923 for the multi-core portion of the benchmark. It’s equipped with 8GB RAM and boots Android 17, presumably with One UI 8.5 on top.

Previous Galaxy M-series phones have shared key specs with Galaxy A-series devices, but as it stands, the M67 could be an exception. M-series phones have been widely available in India and select other Asian markets. We’ll be on the lookout for more details.
