The Honor Magic V6 is available in Europe at a discounted price of €1,700/£1,500 until the end of the month. The EU price is set to go up to €2,300 in August and the UK price relies on a £500 voucher, which probably won’t last long. In either case, you get a free Honor Pad 10 and a 24-month screen protection plan. Even so, the price is turning some potential buyers away.
In last week’s poll, two nearly equal groups formed – those who are interested in buying the Magic V6 at its current price accounted for 25.3% of the vote, while those who are looking for a discount first accounted for 25.5%. Unfortunately, with the state of the smartphone (and PC) market right now, we don’t see a price cut coming soon.

Mind you, 22% of voters will not be getting any foldable, so interest in the V6 is higher than the 25% may suggest. That said, there is some competition – 14.8% of voters are looking at other book-style foldables.
Judging by the comments, those would be the likes of the Oppo Find N6, the vivo X Fold6 and the Motorola Razr Fold. There’s a Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra coming later this month, but that didn’t get a mention.

There were some complaints about availability too. For one, the Honor Magic V6 still isn’t available in all markets with Honor presence. Also, Europe only got the 512GB version of the phone but not the 1TB version.
