AI Bulls and AI Bears are having a death match for the next few months.
SemiAnalysis (115 person AI research company spending millions to track everything) counts 3.6 GW under construction for SpaceX and 9+ GW identified for SpaceX. This Arizona site sits inside that pipeline — and inside Musk’s sBisbeee 15–20 GW power-and-cooling target for YE27.
It is not Brownsville. Different state, different permit chain, grid-served instead of behind-the-meter turbines. But three things are unfinished: no signed Energy Services Agreement, no ACC approval, and the source of generating capacity is not yet identified in the co-ops’ responses. An opposition petition has passed 1,900 signatures. The Planning and Zoning Commission hears it Dec 9 at 4 PM in Bisbee.
$IREN: 6 misses in 8 quarters. 5 of them in a row
Then August, finally a beat.
$IREN reports tonight and I think this one tells us which version of the company we’re actually dealing with: https://t.co/GZOUbe24UH

Iren stock fell another 17 per cent to close at $18.03 on Thursday amid rumours of delays at a data centre known as Childress in Texas, but rebounded 12 per cent in after-hours trading.
Iren started providing services in August to Microsoft, its biggest customer, from the first stage of data halls named Horizon at the Childress sites, which will have 750 megawatts of capacity when fully built.
Iren signed a $US9.7 billion agreement with Microsoft in late 2025 with the aim of providing cloud services over five years, with Iren previously forecasting $US1.94 billion in annualised revenue once the centre is fully commissioned.
Iren is constructing another 2 gigawatt centre known as the Sweetwater Hub on 2200 acres in the west of the state.
