    Samsung’s upcoming S26 series is rumored to come later than its predecessor, and the latest report suggests that Samsung will hold the all-important Unpacked event on February 25.

    Speaking of the Galaxy S26 series, the latest intel on the Galaxy S26 Ultra suggests that Samsung will replace the venerable 10MP sensor on the 3x zoom camera with a new 12MP one. It doesn’t sound very innovative.

    Closing off the Samsung thread in this week’s top stories, Samsung’s tri-fold concept was shown in a video from more angles. It’s still sitting behind glass so we’re not getting a hands-on just yet.

    Huawei unveiled the Mate 70 Air with a 6.6mm frame, a 7-inch display, and a 6,500mAh battery. The phone is out for China and has two choices – either a Kirin 9020A chip with 12GB of RAM, or a Kirin 9020B with 16GB of RAM. Prices start from CNY 4,199 ($590).

    RedMagic unveiled the 11 Pro as the global variant of the 11 Pro+ in China. It’s the first phone to offer liquid cooling, and it also has liquid metal on the processor and the largest vapor chamber in a phone. Gaming features include the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, RedMagic’s custom RedCore R4 chip, and shoulder triggers. The RedMagic 11 Pro starts from €699, £629, $699.
