Samsung Galaxy Watch4’s One UI 8 Watch update rollout expands to more countries

Samsung released the One UI 8 Watch update for the Galaxy Watch4 about a couple of weeks ago, but only in South Korea. Well, the good news is that Samsung has expanded the One UI 8 Watch update rollout to two more countries – India and the US.

The One UI 8 Watch update is currently rolling out only for the non-cellular version of the Galaxy Watch4. It comes with firmware version R860XXU1JYK4 and the October 2025 security patch.

If you live in India or the US and haven’t received One UI 8 Watch on your Galaxy Watch4, you can check for the update manually by navigating to the Settings > Software update menu of the Galaxy Wearable app.
