The OnePlus Pad 4 has been launched in India as the successor to the OnePlus Pad 3, which made its debut in the country in September 2025.
OnePlus’s latest flagship Android tablet comes with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, which is paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.1 storage. The tablet features a metal unibody design and measures 5.94 mm in thickness, while weighing 672 grams.

It sports a large 13.2-inch LCD display that offers a refresh rate of 144Hz, 3,392 x 2,400-pixel resolution, 540Hz touch sampling rate, and up to 1,000 nits in high-brightness mode. The screen has a 7:5 aspect ratio and 12-bit color depth.
Underneath, the Pad 4 has a large 45,260 mm2 vapor chamber that is claimed to improve heat dissipation under load.

The tablet offers a massive 13,380mAh battery that supports 67W fast charging.
At the back, you’ll find a 13MP main rear camera with LED flash. For selfies and video calling, the tablet comes with an 8MP front camera.

The OnePlus Pad 4 runs Android 16-based OxygenOS 16 and offers several features such as Seamless Sync and the ability to run up to 5 windows simultaneously.
It gets 8 speakers, dual microphones, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, 5G sharing, and a USB Type-C port. Official accessories include the OnePlus Stylus Pro and the Smart Keyboard.
The tablet is offered in Dune Glow and Sage Mist color options. It will go on sale starting May 5 via OnePlus India’s official online store, Amazon India, Flipkart, and offline retail stores.
As for pricing, the OnePlus Pad 4 starts at INR 59,999 ($630) for the 8GB/256GB option, whereas the 12GB/512GB variant can be yours for INR 64,999 ($685).
