ServiceNow has announced patches for four vulnerabilities, including three critical code injection flaws in the ServiceNow AI platform, each with a maximum severity (CVSS score of 10/10). The first of the critical bugs, tracked as CVE-2026-18885, allows an attacker to execute arbitrary code in the ServiceNow platform under certain circumstances. An attacker could exploit the weakness to gain access to and potentially modify arbitrary data, ServiceNow notes in its advisory. Microsoft has spent the past few months testing a much cleaner version of Windows Search, and it is finally starting to reach regular Windows 11 PCs. According to Windows Latest, the redesigned Search experience is included in the August 2026 optional update, KB5120998, for Windows 11 24H2 and 25H2. PaperCut Software has released a second emergency patch for zero-day vulnerabilities exploited against users of its NG and MF print management solutions as more information has emerged about the flaws and their exploitation. The zero-days can be exploited by unauthenticated attackers to bypass authentication and achieve remote code execution on affected PaperCut NG/MF instances.
