Last month, we saw the Motorola Edge 70 Max in some leaked renders, and then the phone got certified by the WPC with support for 25W wireless charging.
Today, Motorola has started teasing it in India, ever so subtly, through its official X account. Don’t miss the “Max” there.

There’s also a Flipkart teaser microsite for the device, which features phrases like “max every move”, “built to dominate”, and “effortlessly fast”. That last one is intriguing because it seems to reveal built-in magnets for wireless charging, which is still an incredibly rare feature in the Android world.

According to past rumors, the Motorola Edge 70 Max will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 SoC, and it will have a 50MP main camera using the Sony Lytia 710 1/1.56-inch type sensor. It’s expected to arrive in Onyx Black, Sage Green, and Glacier Blue colors.
